Foundation- Insulated concrete slab-on-gound foundation + Finnfoam FL300 200-400 mm. An insulated concrete slab-on-ground foundation is a construction technique that involves pouring a concrete slab directly on the ground with added insulation. The insulation placed beneath the concrete slab helps to improve the thermal performance of the foundation. This is particularly beneficial in climates with extreme temperatures, as it helps regulate the indoor temperature of the building. The insulation minimizes heat loss through the foundation, reducing the need for additional heating or cooling. This can contribute to energy efficiency in the overall building. Insulating the foundation provides a more comfortable living or working environment, as the floor stays warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.


Walls and roof construction Constructing walls and roofs from monolithic concrete involves pouring concrete on-site to form a single, continuous structure without joints or seams.
